Change the "Location ID" to "Location Name" on the Recent Audit Results widget

Create a more user friendly printed blank audit

The current PDF that is printed out is extremely small and there is no space for comments. Some of our auditors like printing it out and then conducting their audits. Also have the ability to get the audit in excel or word would be helpful.
